Monarchy

Monarchy was born in the early 90`s, when Iulian and Marian met and decided to form a rock band.
In the incipient stages Monarchy went through some turbulent times due to the massive turnover of band members and especially the curse of not finding a good serious vocalist.
During these times they were joined by Eduard Moraru, who took the rhythm guitar part and Geani Matei on the drums.
The band seized its activity in 1998 with the departure of the vocalist Dan Byron.
In 2008 the guys got back together and decided to give it another shot.
With the arrival of Dragos Cretu as a lead singer and Cornel Stefan taking the keyboards part, the band strengthened its formula and if initially it was a matter of doing it just for fun when they regathered after 10 years, right now they are determined to go pro and get the most out of it.In August 2009, Monarchy released the self-labeled EP entitled "Jamming" containing four songs positively reviewed by the critics.
That encouraged them even more to get into the studio and record more tracks and a full set-list of songs is right now under works.
Their main goal for 2011 being to get out there on the stage and kick some ass.Stay tuned...
