NORD RADIO
Créée par une bande de potes du lycée, Nordradio a vu le jour en monophonie à Lens, le 25 octobre 1981. Le premier 45 tours diffusé était "Tom Tom club - Wordy Rappinghood". Cinq mois après l'élection présidentielle de François-Mittérand, le gouvernement Mauroy ouvrait la voie aux radios libres. Réactive, Nordradio fut la première du Bassin-minier. Un véritable événement pour Lens. On l'écoutait partout... Quarante ans après, on prend les mêmes et on recommence !
