Los Redondos

Los Redondos

Patricio Rey y sus Redonditos de Ricota was a rock band originally from La Plata, Argentina whose tours in the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s drew a cult-like following that mirrored Grateful Dead frenzy in the United States. Patricio Rey is a fictional character or group consciousness, and not a real person or member of the group. Indio Solari, the lead singer, embodies the one-man-show mystique followed by his powerful guitar player Skay Beilinson. Other members of the group have left the band and have been replaced (drums: "Piojo" Abalos; saxophone: Willy Crook; guitar: "Tito" Fargo D'Aviero).
