For his end of studies project Pierre de Schaetzen decided to join hands with Laid Back to release a 15 tracks compilation album, which will gather some 20 artists who collaborated with LDBK since 2002. The release date for this project is set for June 10th.

Like every other project we’ve done, we want to connect and engage our worldwide community: while musicians and producers are locked in their studio, Oli-B is working on the album/t-shirt artwork, others will be documenting the whole process and DJ’s will collaborate on several facets of the release.

But YOU – listener, supporter, follower or collaborator – are also part of this LDBK network. To finance this release, we will rely on crowd funding. We set up a profile on IndieGogo where we’re offering a few different packages you can choose from, including downloads, CD’s, Playbuttons, T-Shirts, Stickers, ….

The total cost of this project – $7500 – will be entirely financed through this crowd-funding campaign. With this sum, we will press 1000 CD’s, promote all the artists/partners involved and organize the release party.
