Fleeing from the authorities, and with the threat of military service hanging over their young heads, Bill and Nenad were sleeping rough in Skopje when they spotted Anouska singing outside the Old Bazaar.They decided to form a band right there and then, aiming to hitchhike and busk their way across the Balkans. But having traced Anouska, education officers from Bitola appeared, vowing to return her to school. A violent scuffle ensued on the steps of Cafe Trend, finally escalating into a full-scale riot outside the Trajkovski Sports Centre.Chased out of town by the local militia and pursued throughout the countryside by enraged peasants, Nenad and Bill made it to safety by crossing the border into Bulgaria, cleverly hidden in a cart full of hay. Anouska, meanwhile, was apprehended and driven back to Bitola in a Lada under the watchful eye of staff from the Taki Daskalo gymnasium.Fast forward to October 2010 and the trio were reunited for the first time, and their plans for a band were finally made a reality.
