A Perfect Circle

A Perfect Circle is an American alternative rock band, formed in 1999 in Los Angeles, California. The band is an extension of the progressive rock-heavy metal hybrid style popularized by singer Maynard James Keenan's primary band, Tool in the early to mid-'90s. A Perfect Circle was conceived by guitar technician Billy Howerdel, who met Keenan in 1992 when Fishbone was opening for Tool, and the two became friends.
