Sleeping With Sirens
In 2009, the alternative rock band Sleeping With Sirens was founded by a group of former members from several other bands from the Orlando, Florida area.
After a lot of turnover in the early years, current band members include Kellin Quinn - lead vocals, Jack Fowler - lead guitar, Justin Hills - bass guitar and Gabe Barham on drums.
Nick Martin (rhythm guitar) also joined the group for their 2013 European tour.
To date, the band has released several full-length albums including one acoustic offering.
Their debut album, With Ears to See and Eyes to Hear, was released without a label and hit the record charts in March of 2010.
The album had modest success and received some critical acclaim.
In May 2011, the band began receiving worldwide recognition with the release of their second album Let's Cheers to This.
The album was released on a small independent label (Rise Records).
The album topped out at #5 on the US Hard Rock charts.
Four singles were released from the album including "Do It Now Remember It Later", "Fire", "If You Can't Hang" and "A Trophy Father's Trophy Son".
Before heading back to the studio to begin work on their third album Feel, the band released an acoustic record entitled If You Were a Movie, This Would Be Your Soundtrack, which spawned a couple of interesting singles including "Roger Rabbit".
After releasing Feel in 2013, the band began storming up the charts in America.
This album peaked at #3 on the Billboard 200 and at #2 on the US Hard Rock charts.
The success of the album spawned the group's first headlining tour of the U.S.
and Europe.
