Audiomachine

audiomachine is a production music company based in Los Angeles, California founded by Paul Dinletir and Carol Sovinski on August 2005, producing music composed by Paul Dinletir and Kevin Rix.Paul DinletirPaul started with music just playing piano and wanting to be a songwriter and wanting to be a jazz pianist at one point.
He was fortunate enough for his wife to get him into a film and television music writing class at UCLA taught by Robert Eetall(sp?) who is now a collaborator.
This led to Paul becoming a composer for X-Ray Dog where he composed trailers for cartoons and reality TV shows; from that he saw the enjoyment he got from trailer music and eventually did that full time.
Paul's influences are Mozart, Beethoven, Debussy; he's always listening to soundtracks.
Paul uses Logic Pro software.Kevin RixKevin started out playing guitar and was in various rock bands growing up.
He went to music school, where he was introduced to classical music and jazz.
That's when he started realizing his passion for composition, and discovered his desire to compose and work with different instruments and different sounds.
After a few years decided to do it professionally.
At first he wanted to get into writing film soundtracks.
He was working on a demo reel when he got a job editing and mixing ringtones for a company.
That is where he met Paul, and started in the profession as Paul's assistant doing sound design.
Kevin's influences include Mozart, Bach, Debussy, Rush, Mastodon, Soundgarden, Hans Zimmer, and Harry Gregson-Williams.
