Her real name is Sara Hodedatov (שרה חודדטוב). She comes from a musical family. Since she was 8 years old she started giving performances at a local club as a child prodigy playing classical music on the piano. She didn't tell her parents, and when they found out two years later the performances were over. In that period she taught herself to play the organ, guitar, accordion and darbuka among others.
