There are at least six bands with name "Permafrost": 1) black metal band from Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. Official site: http://permafrost-horde.de 2) black metal band from USA (Austin, Texas). Released two demos official site: http://www.geocities.com/permafrost_666 3) French 80's heavy metal. Released one 7" 'Premiers Pas!", containing two tracks in 1991, and also a live tape. Formed in 1989, now disbanded. 4) nsbm band from Argentina. Member of the southern elite circle 5) An italian project of drone glacial ambient based on antarctic moods, by Marco Grosso.
