IQ
IQ is A Musician/Producer from Inglewood,Ca.Always around music,IQ,got his first start in music hanging with 90' R&B group Portrait and bumping Heavy D and Westside Connection tapes.When the time came to start creating his own music ,IQ,began going to Guitar Center everyday for a year straight practicing on drums,keys,and making beats on various drum machines.When Guitar Center employees got fed up,IQ bought his own equipment in 2006 and began creating.After a few years in the basement IQ decided to learn the technical aspects of creating music,and began pursuing a certification in Audio Engineering.IQ enrolled in the famous Muscians Institute and began studying under great engineers like Jim Morgan,Tony Smalios,and Darryl Swann,who engineered/produced great artist like Parliament Funkadelic,Notorios BIG,Mobb Deep and Macy Gray.After graduating,IQ,went on to Asst Engineer at Jamalot Recording in Hollywood.IQ is now in Denver ,making music and operating a recording studio(Wicked Waves Sound).
