Skiggy Rapz (Marcel Tegelaar) is a Dutch MC en Producer who uses raps in English. Skiggy is Born in Maassluis (Province of Zuid-Holland), raised in Nieuwkoop (Zuid-Holland) and currently lives in the city of Utrecht. In 2003 Skiggy won the "Grote Prijs van Nederland" in the catagory Hip Hop/ R&B. In 2004 his album Boatdrinks was released. The album contains 11 tracks. 5 More tracks are to be found on the Japanese bonusdisc.In 2006 Skiggy Rapz produces most of the tracks of Diggy Dex his album "Verhalen Vanuit de Sofa"
